LOVELL — Firefighters were still on the scene of a major fire on Main Street in Lovell Village, an Oxford County dispatcher said at 2:20 p.m. Saturday.

The fire at 211 Main St. began before 6:45 a.m., which is when firefighters and emergency responders were alerted to it.
The blaze disrupted telephone service in the area, the dispatcher said.
Further information was not available Saturday night.
