LEWISTON - The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Denise McArthur, 19, Lewiston, charged with terrorizing, March 22, found guilty, fined $300.

Christopher McCarthy, 36, Lewiston, charged with operating after registration suspended, March 1, found guilty, fined $100.

Sean McDonough, 24, Lewiston, charged with assault and criminal mischief, June 3, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, sentenced to 300 days, all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, restitution $2,000; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 10 days.

Carrie McFerren, 29, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and operating under the influence, one prior, March 27, sent to jury trial.

Jeffery McKinney, 37, Sabattus, charged with assault, April 23, found guilty, fined $300.

Joseph McLaughlin, 20, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and operating vehicle without license, conditional/restriction, March 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, license suspended 90 days, found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Joseph McLaughlin, 20, Auburn, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, March 12, both charges dismissed.

Paul McLean, 19, Greene, charged with minor possessing liquor, April 9, by default, fined $200.

Diane Mcmanus, 50, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence, April 18, sent to jury trial.

James McNeil, 26, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct, April 11, found guilty, fined $150.

Joseph McNeil 25, Buckfield, charged with operating under the influence, one prior and operating while license suspended or revoked, March 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days, stayed, license suspended 12 days, found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Jeb Melvin, 27, Dexter, charged with being a fugitive from justice, June 10.

Amanda Mercier, 19, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Feb. 21, found guilty, fined $75.

Jason Merrifield, 20, Auburn, charged with assault, April 17, sent to jury trial.

Diana Merrill, 47, Augusta, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, March 8, found guilty, fined $100.

Donald Merrill III, 29, Lewiston, charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, April 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Kathleen Mikkelsen, 53, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release, May 15, sent to jury trial.

Dwayne Miller, 24, Rumford, charged with possession of marijuana, April 11, offense committed, fined $350.

Kevin Miller Jr., 18, Auburn, charged with attaching false plates and displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, Jan. 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $75, found guilty on second charge, fined $75.
