Roxbury hired Justin VanDongen to do a revaluation for the town. He is holding the following office hours at the town office:

* 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday, Dec 12

* 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13

* 2  to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14

* 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15

Roxbury's last revaluation was done around 1993, Hodgkins said.

Talk about doing the Record

Talk about doing the Record Hill Wind project a favor. No doubt, property in Roxbury is going to be valued much more than 1993 and , for a lot of property owners, they will see a bigger tax bill, while RHW will see their bill go down.
