N.H. man faces extra charges

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) – An Exeter man accused of stealing a delivery truck full of oil faces new charges, this time involving a truck and sander.

Jerome Stapleford, 50, was charged in November with stealing a Buxton Oil truck in Epping two years ago. He was arrested after pieces of the truck started showing up at a Massachusetts auto parts dealer. On Thursday, he was charged with stealing a truck and sander from the AAMCO Transmission lot in Portsmouth. The vehicles were stolen Nov. 7.
