Gilbert joining French-speaking mayors at international conference

This just goes to show that Gilbert is king circle jerk himself. Whats the point of this? What/how will the city benefit from his trip? What is he hoping to gain from this? If he wants to promote the use of the french language among us citizens maybe he should volunteer his time teaching french instead of going to talk about speaking french with a bunch of people who already speak french. Another example of why he is the wrong man for the job. Someone should swap his ticket for a one way seat and hope he gets the hint.

Ummmm's and Ahhhhh's buy the speaker time to think of something to say and form coherant sentences. When one has no ability to do this, the cycle repeats. Such is the case with this Mayor.

What exactly is the Roget's English to French translation of "Uhhhh" and "Ummmm" ?
That seems to be a majority of our Mayor's vocabulary on audio and video.
