LEE, N.H. (AP) — State police in New Hampshire are looking for a man who is missing after being chased by the police and crashing his vehicle.
Police say the vehicle sped away shortly before 6 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 95 while they were trying to stop it for an unspecified violation. They say it left the interstate and crashed on Route 125 near the intersection of Route 155 in Lee.
Police say the driver — believed to be 19-year-old Russell Call of Newton, Mass. — may have fled into the woods. He has not been seen or heard from since despite a search with a police dog right after he disappeared. Police do think they found his sneakers.
Police say Call\'s family and friends are cooperating in the search.
