Arrests
The following are to be arraigned on Aug. 4 in Rumford District Court:
• Niklaus Justard, 20, Rumford, furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol, 11:54 p.m. July 1 on Somerset Street. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.
• Justin Foster, 23, Rumford, domestic assault, 8:32 a.m. July 1 on Franklin Street. He was released on $500 unsecured bail.
Accidents
July 2, 9:27 a.m. — A deer struck the right front passenger side of a 2004 Subaru Forester driven east on Route 2 by Lynn Bilodeau, 52, of Rumford. She was not injured. Damage to the car was estimated at $3,000.
June 27, 10:05 a.m. — Gerard Vallee, 84, of Rumford lost control of the 2005 Jeep he was driving on Route 108 and it hit a rock ledge. Vallee was taken by Med-Care Ambulance to Rumford Hospital. The Jeep was totaled.
