Donald Mark Harrington, 41, Lisbon Falls, drinking in public on Jan. 23, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Robert L. Harris, 33, Lisbon, discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, hunting wild turkey in violation of rules on Oct. 20, 2008, found guilty, fined $250 each.

Michael J. Haskell, 46, New Gloucester, operating while license suspended or revoked on July 19, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.

Michael Carl Hatch, 33, Poland, operating under the influence, violating condition of release on Dec. 6, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to two days, license suspended 90 days; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to two days.

David F. Heintz III, 26, Dixfield, operating under the influence-prior on Nov. 8, 2008, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended three years.

Brenda Henry, 52, Lewiston, misuse of identification on Aug. 1, 2006, filed with cost of $100.

Daryl C. Hersom, 30, Litchfield, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Nov. 16, 2008, sent to jury trial.
