Arrests
• Rebecca Buck, 24, Rumford, warrant charging failure to appear on charge of operating after suspension, turned herself in at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at the police station on River Street. She was released on $300 cash bail and will be arraigned on Oct. 6 in Rumford District Court.
