Farah Ahmed, 27, Memphis, Tenn., theft of services on Dec. 19, 2008, found guilty, fined $100, restitution of $35.

Jamal Liban Ahmed, 20, Lewiston, possession of marijuana on Dec. 26, 2008, by default, fined $350.

Your kidding! I can't believe this 18 year old has been found guilty, 2 times, for carrying a concealed weapon and all he got was $100 fine and next 24 hours in jail.... How long is it going to be before he is convicted of murder?
