South Portland tactical team trains in Rumford

During training exercises on Tuesday morning in Rumford across from the Hannaford grocery store, members of the South Portland Police Special Reaction or "tactical" Team enter a vacant, three-story apartment building at 438 Waldo St. Rumford Police officers also participated in the training on the town property. The tactical team is used to stabilize and resolve high-risk calls.
