Police investigating break-ins

KINGFIELD — Deputies are investigating a break-in at the Kingfield Woodsman Restaurant reported Sunday morning, Franklin County Lt. Niles Yeaton said Monday.
Force was used to gain entry into the business on Route 27, he said.
From $150 to $160 was taken, he said.
Carrabassett Valley police are also investigating a forced-entry early Sunday at Ayotte's Store, Carrabassett Valley Sgt. Randy Walker said.
The burglar alarm went off at about 12:03 a.m., Walker said, scared the intruder or intruders off.
"We were there within 15 minutes," Walker said, and there was nobody around.
