Cote
LEWISTON — The wedding of Anita Marie Wadsworth and J.R. Cote was held at 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 28 at the Veterans Memorial Park by the falls. Pastor H.E. Churchill officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Cote is the daughter of Melody Cox of Woodstock and George Wadsworth, Sr. of Auburn. Mr. Cote is the son of Ron and Lynn Cote of Lewiston.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. Jessica St. Amand, long-time best friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jen Uwaechia, friend of the bride, and Brittany Shaw, long-time friend of the bride. Angel Cote, daughter of the couple, was flower girl.
Kyle Millett, friend and Army buddy of the bridegroom, performed the duties of best man. Ushers were Nick Theriault and Scott Sjoberg, friends and Army buddies of the bridegroom.
A reception followed at the Carriage House in Lewiston.
The bride is a graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School in South Paris and currently attends the University of Phoenix for an associate degree in healthcare administration. She is a stay-at-home mom.
The bridegroom is a graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and is employed at Cote Crane and Rigging.
