After getting their individual photographs taken on Tuesday afternoon by Bruce Farrin, editor of the Rumford Falls Times, for that newspaper's "Bewitching Bootique" Halloween costume contest, these four Mexico children attracted stares and smiles from passers-by outside the Times office on Congress Street.
