Now what kind of city

Now what kind of city councilor chooses not to answer questions on video? Is it a city councilor that's running unopposed,or is it a city councilor that feels he doesn't owe his constituents any answers,or both? I would think that someone that runs for city council would take every measure necessary to reach their constituents in any forum available to them. It's a free comercial, and a way for constituents to hear their councilors views on issues. I'm sure that Mr.Herrick has a real good reason for not wanting to answer any questions on video, especially after those allegations that he voted on an issue that he allegedly ended up financially benefitting from. There's a 60 million dollar construction project being discussed for E.L ,Herrick is the ward 3 councilor;is he going to obstain on any votes pertaining to E.L so he can possibly get work for himself without a conflict of interest?. Ward 3 needs representation.I hate to bother anyone while they're lining their pockets.
