With Robert Reed stepping aside and not seeking a second term as the City's Ward 7 Councilor, former Planning Board chair Stephen Morgan is the sole candidate for the seat.

Occupation: Broker/owner Keller Williams Realty, Mid-Maine.

Education:Deering High School; Washingon County VTI.; Beal College, Bangor; Los Angeles Community College Overseas; Univeristy of Southern Maine's Lewiston-Auburn College.

Political experience:Lewiston Planning Board for five years.

Community Organizations: State Board of Property Tax Review; Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtor; Lions Club; American Heart Association
