Catherine Navojosky, 49, Turner, allowing dog to be at large on Aug. 11, 2008, offense committed, fined $50.

Nashua J. Nelson, 20, Lewiston, criminal mischief on April 28, 2008, found guilty, fined $75, restitution of $63.50.

Caitlyn Norcross, 20, New Harbor, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 16, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.

Gerald L. Norman, 55, Leeds, domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing on Dec. 15, 2008, sent to jury trial.

Michael D. O'Donal, 57, Auburn, five counts of failing to pay tax or file return on April 15, 2003, April 15, 2004, April 15, 2005, April 15, 2006, and April 15, 2007, original probation violation withdrawn, sentenced to 90 days with all but seven days suspended, probation one year and restitution of $20,000 on one count; fined $250 each on four counts. 

David Jason Oakes, 42, Auburn, failing to comply with sex offender registration act-first offense, unsworn falsification on Dec. 31, 2007, sent to jury trial.

Gregory Oakford, 23, Darien, Conn., indecent conduct on Nov. 15, 2008, filed with cost of $50.

Thomas O'Connor, 47, Lewiston, criminal mischief on Sept. 28, 2008, sent to jury trial.

Todd W. Owens, 24, New Gloucester, operating under the influence on April 27, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Christopher Palmer, 21, Livermore Falls, domestic violence assault on Dec. 30, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days all suspended, probation two years.
