Matthew Stephen Peavey, 18, of Oxford, Oct. 23, kidnapping, assault, $2,500 bail, Maine State Police.
James T. Barrett, 49, of Hartford, Oct. 23, operating under the influence, criminal trespass, $500 unsecured bail, Oxford County Sheriff's Office.
Scott A. Britton, 38, of Paris, Oct. 23, probation violation, no bail listed as of Oct. 26, Paris Police Department.
Alicia Zane, 29, of Rumford, Oct. 24, fugitive from justice out of Pennsylvania, no bail listed as of Oct. 26, Rumford Police Department.
