Arrests/summonses:
Oct. 18 at 11:46 a.m.: Richard Downs, 58, of Rumford was cited by Cpl. Matthew Noyes on a charge of assault on Byron Street. Downs is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
Oct. 19 at 3:07 a.m.: Keith Provencher, 27, of Mexico, was charged by Patrolman Lawrence Winson with aggravated criminal mischief on River Street. Provencher is scheduled to appear in South Paris Superior Court on Dec. 17.
Oct. 20 at 9:15 a.m.: Casey Campbell, 27, of Dixfield, was arrested by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of criminal mischief. Campbell post $100 cash bail.
Oct. 21 at 7:40 a.m.: Dustin Towers, 21, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman K. Scott Mills on Cumberland Street on a charge of violation conditions of release. Towers was unable to post bail, taken to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
Oct. 21 at 1:04 p.m.: Parker Erskine, 18, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman K. Scott Mills on Rumford Avenue on a charge of violation conditions of release. Erskine was unable to post bail, taken to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
Oct. 22 at 12:07 a.m.: David Moore, 32, of Rumford was cited by Patrolman Scott Landis on Cumberland Street on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Moore is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
Oct. 23 at 5:32 a.m.: William Hurrup, 47, of Rumford was cited by Patrolman Lawrence Winson on a charge of operating after suspension on Oxford Avenue. Hurrup is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 5.
Oct. 24 at 4:15 p.m.: Alicia Zane, 29, of Rumford, was arrested by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld on a Pennsylvania warrant charging violation of probation-contempt of court on River Street. Zane was unable to post bail, taken to the Oxford County Jail and will be extradited to Pennsylvania.
Oct. 25 at 12:23 a.m.: Benjamin Sarle, 19, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Dennis Ryder on Maple Street on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor. Sarle, who was also cited for possession of alcohol by a minor, posted $100 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
Oct. 25 at 12:23 a.m.: Joseph Bruns, 20, of Rumford was cited by Patrolman Dennis Ryder on Maple Street on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. Bruns is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
Oct. 25 at 12:23 a.m.: Joshua Turcotte, 18, of Bangor was cited by Patrolman Dennis Ryder on Maple Street on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. Turcotte is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
Oct. 25 at 12:23 a.m.: Seth Marshall, 20, of Mexico was cited by Patrolman Scott Landis on Maple Street on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. Marshall is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
Oct. 25 at 12:23 a.m.: Justin Tidswell, 20, of Rumford was cited by Patrolman Scott Landis on Maple Street on a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor. Tidswell is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
Burglary
Oct. 21 at 8:39 a.m.: A Bartlett, N.H., resident reported $590 in power tools stolen from a building on Spruce Street. The case is under investigation.
Oct. 22 at 9:40 a.m.: A Cumberland Street resident reported $1,100 in electronics and prescription drugs stolen from his residence. The case is under investigation.
Theft
Oct. 21 at 2:53 p.m.: A Pine Street resident reported a video games system, games, movies and a tool box stolen. No value listed for the property, and the case is under investigation.
Oct. 24 at 5:33 a.m.: A Fort Fairfield resident reported the theft of a laptop computer valued at $1,200, a car key and $30 in cash from his hotel room. The case is under investigation.
Wanted
