Ishmail Abdi, 48, of Lewiston, charged with failing to yield right of way on Jan. 27, found guilty, fined $250.

Ibraham Aden Abdi, 28, of Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 4, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.

Dusty Alexander, 21, of Mechanic Falls, charged with violating condition of release on Dec. 10, 2008, found guilty, fined $200.

Darla A. Allen, 45, of Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Nov. 23, 2008, sent to jury trial.

David E. Allman Jr., 35, of Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release on Jan. 18, found guilty, fined $250 on first charge; fined $200 on second charge.

Jonathan W. Amadei, 27, of Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release on Dec. 25, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Ryan A. Amero, 33, of Temple, charged with domestic violence assault on June 14, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days with all but 14 days suspended, probation one year.

Jason C. Anderson, 32, of Lewiston, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug, unlawful use of license, violating protective order on Feb. 21, dismissed.

Katherine S. Anderson, 66, of Falmouth, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Feb. 7, dismissed.

Troy Anderson, 40, of Lewiston, charged with domestic violence assault on Aug. 22, 2008, probation violation, sentenced to 14 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Marina A. Apodaca, 21, of Lewiston, charged with minor possessing liquor on Sept. 13, 2008, by default, fined $200.

Tad G. Appleton, 28, of Lewiston, charged with operating vehicle without license on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $150.

Mildred A. Armstrong, 41, of Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Jan. 12, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four days.

Troy Asselin, 21, of Jay, charged with two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Oct. 10, 2008, found guilty, fined $400 each. Charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Oct. 10, 2008, dismissed.

Peter A. Austin, 37, of Lisbon, charged with violation of watercraft rules, allowing minor to operate pwc in violation on July 12, 2008, first charge dismissed; second offense committed, fined $100.

Dexter S. Averill IV, 29, of Turner, charged with unlawful use of license on Dec. 6, 208, found guilty, fined $50.

Joseph Mainer Ayotte, 58, of Turner, charged with operating under the influence on July 8, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Stacey M. Baldwin, 34, of Farmington Falls, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, failing to give correct name, address or date of birth on Dec. 29, 2008, found guilty, fined $250 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

Queancy Barefield, 54, of Lewiston, charged with forgery on Sept. 6, 2006, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days, restitution of $1,335.22.

Joy J. Bastarache, 41, of Durham, charged with operating under the influence on Feb. 20, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Jason E. Blackwell, 21, of Lisbon Falls, charged with operating vehicle without license-cond/restric, violating condition of release on Feb. 28, found guilty, fined $100 on first charge; sentenced to four days on second charge. Charged with possession of marijuana on Feb. 28, dismissed.

Vance A. Blair, 47, of Sumner, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI on Jan. 12, sent to jury trial.

Bryan J. Blomberg, 24, of Lake Grove, N.Y., charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 2, sent to jury trial.

Alfred E. Bolduc, 53, of Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence-1 prior, unlawful use of license, operating while license suspended or revoked, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on Feb. 22, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to seven days, license suspended 18 months, registration suspended; all other charges dismissed.

Randy D. Bolduc, 44, of Wales, charged with disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on Sept. 11, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to 15 hours of community service.

Bernard P. Borofka, 58, of Rick Lake, Wisc., charged with rule violation-duty status not current on Jan. 12, found guilty, fined $250.

Jennifer Briggs, 25, of Sabattus, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation-prior on Oct. 24, 2008, transferred to Superior Court.

Robert B. Brito, 44, of Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on June 11, 2008, found guilty, fined $500.
