John Brooks, 41, of Auburn, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 6, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.

Dana R. Brousseau, 54, of Greene, charged with operating under the influence-1 prior, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restricted on Feb. 6, sent to jury trial.

James R. Brousseau, 38, of Poland, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on May 21, 2008, found guilty, fined $500.

Arthur J. Brown Jr., 38, of Yarmouth, charged with violating condition of release, operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, failing to provide correct name, address or date of birth on Feb. 27, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to four days; found guilty on second charge, fined $250; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to four days.

Heather Brown, 20, of Windham, charged with operating after registration suspended on Sept. 5, 2008, de minimus.

Troy A. Brown, 19, of Auburn, charged with three counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Oct. 10, 2008, found guilty, fined $400 each, sentenced to two days each.

David Bryant, 23, of Auburn, charged with failure to register vehicle on Feb. 3, found guilty, fined $100.

Gloria A. Bryant, 31, of Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 25, found guilty, sentenced to 12 hours.

Michael K. Bryant, 39, of Rumford, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Dec. 14, 2007, dismissed.

Robert W. Bryant III, 32, of Mechanic Falls, charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 5, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four days, license suspended 90 days.

W.J. Benjamin Bunker, 23, of Pelham, Mass., charged with operating under the influence on Jan. 31, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to four days, license suspended 90 days.

Tracy R. Burke, 35, of Auburn, charged with criminal trespass, assault on April 1, 2008, found guilty, fined $100 on first charge; fined $400 on second charge.

Renee Cartier, 33, of Lisbon, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug, false public alarm or report, false public alarm or report, false swearing on Jan. 14, found guilty on first charge, fined $400; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 120 days all suspended, restitution of $888.79; third and fourth charges dismissed.
