Jay Police Chief Larry White and Officer Robert Sanders, aka Sammy Swat, visited children in the Jay schools from preschool age to first grade. Jay Detective Richard Caton assisted. The officers talked to the children about Halloween safety. The program has been sponsored by the Police Department for the past 11 years.
