SABATTUS — Ronda Fournier and Michelle Ames were elected to three-year terms on the Board of Selectmen on Tuesday.
Fournier received 1,156 votes; Ames, 947. Andre Marquis received 878 votes.
In the race for two Sanitary/Water District trustee seats, Judy Cyr was elected with 961 votes and Connie Castonguay with 845. The terms are three years. Richard Lacombe received 449 votes and Roland St. Amand received 686 votes.
Running unopposed for the single seat for a three-year term as Regional School Unit 4 director was Dale Gamage, who received 1,707 votes, and running unopposed for a one-year term was William Fessenden, who received 1,681 votes.
No candidates announced for the two three-year terms on the Budget Committee. The top three write-in vote-getters were Cassandra Quintal, 11 votes, Walter Cox, 6, and Richard Lacombe, 5. Town officials will now contact the candidates to determine if they are interested in taking seats on the committee.
