Lewiston

• Cars driven by Mahdi Jama, 58, of Lewiston and Susan A. Perez, 42, of Lewiston collided, 1:50 p.m. Thursday on Ash Street. Damage to the 2002 Oldsmobile driven by Jama and owned by Franco M. Perez of unreported residence was estimated at $1,500; to Perez's 2001 Hyundai, $1,000.

• Cars driven by Duane Lyndon Small, 68, of Englewood, Fla., and Richard A. Carlson, 16, of Poland collided, 4:05 p.m. Thursday on East Avenue. Damage to Small's 2009 Toyota was estimated at $4,000; to the 2001 Pontiac driven by Carlson and owned by Richard P. Carlson of Poland, $4,000. Both cars were towed.

 

Auburn

• A car driven by Lauren M. Chapman, 22, of Gray rolled over and hit a tree, 11:30 p.m. Thursday on Old Danville Road. Damage to the 2002 Honda driven by Chapman and owned by Alan G. Chapman of Gray was estimated at $8,000. It was towed.

• Vehicles driven by Leopold A. Begin, 91, of Auburn, and Ronda Gaffney, 40, of Turner, collided at 8:25 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Broad and South Main streets. Damage to Begin's 2004 Toyota four-door estimated at $2,500; to the 1989 Chevrolet school bus driven by Gaffney and owned by Auburn Department of Education, $200.

• Vehicles driven by Donna Marie Presby, 56, of Lisbon, and Shane P. Coston, 43, of Lewiston, collided at 12:35 p.m. Monday on Drummond Street. Damage to Presby's 2001 GMC SUV estimated at $2,000; to Coston's 1993 Chevrolet pickup, $1,200.

There is an article about the standoff on turner st. It was also on the news lastnight. It took the cops a half hr to end the standoff and the guy was arrested. If you go to the listing on here for lew/aub u will see an article on it.
