Bingham man arrested on sexual assault charge

WILTON — A Bingham man was arrested Sunday on a charge of gross sexual assault in connection with incidents dating back to September 2001 in Wilton.

Dana Kenneth Davis, 56, was arrested on the charge after police began an investigation late last year into the sexual assault of a girl under the age of 14, police Chief Dennis Brown said Monday. The mother of the victim reported the incidents to police.

Lt. E. Page Reynolds recently submitted a report to the district attorney's office and an arrest warrant was issued for Davis.

Davis provided $500 cash bail and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 20.

If they caught all the sexual pervs in Maine that molested children since the 1960's, they'd have to build a prison that held 10,000 strokers. God will get ya later with a stone around your neck so you get to hell quicker. We all die sometime.
