Incident Report Statistics:

Between 6 a.m. Oct. 25 and 6 a.m. Nov. 1, patrol officers responded to 70 complaints.

Arrests/Summonses:

On Oct. 26 — 10:51 p.m., Jonathan Dubey, 40, of Rumford was arrested by Ptl. Michael Belanger and charged with disorderly conduct on Waldo Street. Dubey was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

On Oct. 28 — 2p.m., a 16-year-old Rumford male was charged by Capt. Daniel Garbarini and Sgt. James Bernard with three counts of unlawful sexual contact of a minor — Class B on River Street. The juvenile was released to his parent and is scheduled to appear in Rumford Juvenile Court on Jan. 5.

On Oct. 29 — 3:05 p.m., Becky Simard, 37, of Rumford, was arrested by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld and charged with domestic assault on River Street. Simard posted $400 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

On Oct. 31 — 9:30 p.m., Sheri Mathieu, 41, of Rumford was arrested by Sgt. James Bernard on Cumberland Street and charged with disorderly conduct. Mathieu posted $300 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.

Criminal Mischief:

On Oct. 26 — 7:22 a.m., Rumford Parks Department reporting $3,500 in damages to eight tires, the snack shack and two electrical boxes. The case is under investigation.

Theft:

On Oct. 28 — 8:49 a.m., Wyman Hill Road resident reporting theft of two political signs off her lawn.

Wanted

Donny Holder, 33, of Rumford / Mexico is wanted for failure to pay fines for disorderly conduct.
