Arrests

The following are to be arraigned on Dec. 8 in Rumford District Court, unless otherwise noted:

• Patrick Hentschel, 41, Peru, sex offender registry violation, 1 p.m. Nov. 3 at the police station on River Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail. A court date has yet to be set.

• An 18-year-old Rumford man, warrants charging three counts each of burglary, criminal mischief and theft, 10:30 a.m. Nov. 3 on Hancock Street. Because police say the crimes were committed before the youth's 18th birthday, he is still considered a juvenile. That is why police withheld his name. He was conditionally released on personal recognizance after agreeing to appear on Tuesday in Rumford Juvenile Court, which he did.

• Charles Cogley, 28, Rumford, domestic assault, 9:15 p.m. Nov. 2 on Waldo Street. He was released on $800 unsecured bail.

• Sheri Mathieu, 41, Rumford, disorderly conduct, 9:30 p.m. Oct. 31 on Cumberland Street. She was released on $300 unsecured bail.

• Becky Simard, 37, Rumford, domestic assault, 3:05 p.m. Oct. 29 at the police station on River Street. She was released on $400 unsecured bail.
