• Steve Ray Anctil Jr., 22, of 70 Glenview Drive, Sabattus, on charges of operating a vehicle without a license, attaching false plates, theft by receiving stolen property, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to register vehicle and for a probation hold at 3:05 a.m. Saturday at 637 Sabattus St.
