Tom Carroll, project manager for two proposed wind farms in Dixfield/Canton, and Carthage, sets up some informational displays at the former Holmes' Market on Main Street in Dixfield on Monday. The projects are being planned by Patriot Renewables LLC of Quincy, Mass. Carroll will staff the storefront Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Fridays to answer questions and concerns about the project.
