MEXICO — The following incidents were handled by the Mexico Police Department:
Arrest
William Weymouth, 50, Alder Street, Mexico, operating after suspension, at 12:31 p.m. Nov. 7 on Main Street. He was released from the Mexico Police Department on $200 unsecured bail. He is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 5.
Theft
A Brown Street resident reported at 3:01 a.m. Nov. 5 that someone had stolen a 2001 silver GMC Sonoma pickup truck owned by a friend that had been parked in the driveway. Police have a suspect, but the vehicle is still missing.
Intoxicated person
Police responded at 3:30 a.m. Nov. 7 to a report of an intoxicated man at the Mexico Big Apple on River Road. The man had left the premises before police arrived and they did not locate him.
