Between 6 a.m. Nov. 1 and 6 a.m. Nov. 8, patrol officers responded to 73 complaints.
Arrests and summonses:
On Nov. 1 - 8:59 a.m., Amanda Pingree, 24, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. K. Scott Mills with operating after suspension on Hancock Street. Pingree is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 5.
On Nov. 1 - 3:10 p.m., James Groves, 18, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley with assault on Erchles Street. Groves is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
On Nov. 2 - 9:15 p.m., Charles Cogley, 28, of Rumford, was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley with domestic assault on Waldo Street. Cogley posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
On Nov. 3 - 10:30 a.m., 18-year-old Rumford male was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld at Mountain Valley High School on a warrant for numerous juvenile offenses. The male was conditionally released to appear at Rumford District Court.
On Nov. 3 - 11:30 a.m., Patrick Hentschel, 41, of Peru was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld on Congress Street with violating conditions of release. Hentschel is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 5.
On Nov. 3 - 1 p.m., Patrick Hentschel, 41, of Peru was charged by Cpl. Douglas Maifeld on Congress Street with a sex offender registry violation. Hentschel posted $800 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 5.
On Nov. 3 - 7:35 p.m., Erik Bernard, 23, of Rumford was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Hancock Street with criminal trespass and violating conditions of release. Bernard is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
On Nov. 3 - 10:30 p.m., Carl Morissette, 47, of Rumford was charged by Ptl. Michael Belanger on Maine Avenue with operating after suspension. Morissette posted $300 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Feb. 2.
On Nov. 5 - 11 a.m., 15-year-old Rumford male was charged by Ptl. George Cayer at Mountain Valley High School with assault and disorderly conduct. Juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford Juvenile Court on Jan. 5.
On Nov. 6 - 7:57 p.m., Kam Eaton, 28, of Rumford, was charged by Ptl. Robert Dennis Ryder on a Somerset County warrant for unpaid fines on Kerr Street. Eaton was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.
On Nov. 7 - 11:01 p.m., 16-year-old Rumford male was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley on Lincoln Avenue with illegal possession of alcohol by a minor. Juvenile is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 5.
On Nov. 8 - 1:30 a.m., Brian Hutchinson, 23, of Rumford, was charged by Sgt. Tracey Higley with domestic assault, criminal restraint and obstructing the report of a crime on Cumberland Street. Hutchinson was also arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines for a bail violation. Hutchinson was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Dec. 8.
On Nov. 8 - 3:36 a.m., Donny Holder, 33, of Rumford, was charged by Sgt. James Bernard with domestic assault on spruce street. Holder was unable to post bail, was transported to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Rumford District Court on Jan. 5.
