Melissa J. Gully, 21, West Paris, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 1, 2007, dismissed.

Stephen C. Gurney, 24, Lewiston, disorderly conduct-loud noise, private place on March 8, found guilty, sentenced to two days.

Walester Gutierrez Jr., 33, Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 26, found guilty, fined $500.

Oscar N. Guzman, 24, North Turner, assault on March 4, sent to jury trial.

Eric Scott Hafford, 29, Oxford, carrying concealed weapon on May 11, 2008, found guilty, fined $100.
