Do all sex offenders move to Auburn. It's unbelievable how many are out there.
While none of these meet my criteria - I'd have to ask - when you can be branded a sex offender in THIS justice system where else do you expect them to go? What is the point of the registry? Has it EVER helped anyone? Do you know the rates of recidivism for sexually based offenses? Surprisingly it is lower than most other offenses except murder and other crimes like vehicular manslaughter.
