Donna M. Pagnani, 27, Auburn, assault, violating condition of release on Dec. 14, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to two days.

Marty Paige, 37, Lisbon, possession of marijuana on Jan. 17, by default, fined $350.

Ryan J. Parker, 21, Lewiston, operating snowmobile on tracks on Feb. 23, offense committed, fined $100.

Jason R. Parlin, 32, Livermore, operating while license suspended or revoked on Dec. 3, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.

Jason R. Parlin, 32, Livermore, possession of marijuana on Dec. 3, 2008, dismissed.

Antonio L. Parlove, 24, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on Feb. 3, 2008, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days.

Nicholas R. Payson, 22, Turner, operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of license on Feb. 2, found guilty on first charge; second charge dismissed.

Kevin M. Pease, 31, Auburn, operating after registration suspended on Oct. 4, 2007, found guilty, fined $100.

Dale M. Peaslee, 48, Auburn, furnishing liquor to a minor on March 21, 2008, found guilty, fined $250.

Daniel R. Pelkey, 18, Minot, minor having liquor on person on Jan. 22, found guilty, fined $200.

Brandon E. Pelletier, 19, Turner, permitting unlawful use on Sept. 3, 2008, dismissed.

Brandon E. Pelletier, 19, Turner, two counts of criminal mischief, criminal threatening on Oct. 23, 2008, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $75 each; third charge dismissed.

Cameron R. Penney, 19, Mechanic Falls, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal trespass on Aug. 26, 2008, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $200.

Dustin A. Pepin, 19, Lewiston, minor consuming liquor on Feb. 2, offense committed, fined $200.

Phylisha Pepin, 24, Lewiston, domestic violence assault on Oct. 26, 2008, sent to jury trial.

Corey A. Perry, 19, Auburn, minor consuming liquor on Nov. 23, 2008, by default, fined $200.

Joshua Philbrook, 19, Turner, operating vehicle without license-conditionn/restriction, violating condition of release on March 14, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours each.

Scott C. Pickett, 26, Lewiston, operating while license suspended or revoked, unlawful use of license on Oct. 23, 2008, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Jean M. Pike, 57, Lewiston, operating vehicle without license on Aug. 26, 2008, dismissed.

Kenneth Pinard, 18, Auburn, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, unlawful possession of scheduled drug on Feb. 20, found guilty on first charge, fined $100; second charge dismissed.

Deborah J. Polley, 54, Poland, operating under the influence on Feb. 21, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Jill Lynn Polley, 34, Lewiston, unlawful use of license on Dec. 23, 2008, found guilty, fined $50.

Francis J. Pomerleau, 47, Livermore Falls, operating under the influence-no test, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction on March 31, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to four days, license suspended 90 days; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to one day.

Carlos Portillo Jr., 26, Sabattus, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Aug. 24, 2008, dismissed.
