AUBURN — Central Maine's newest McDonald's® will open at 5 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20, at 828 Minot Ave. (the intersection of Hotel Road). The new McDonald's is located in the same building as the Auburn Lil' Mart convenience store, which also opened this week. To celebrate, McDonald's will offer free Newman's Own Organics® coffee.

The newly constructed McDonald's includes seating for 18, a drive-through and a full McDonald's menu, including McCafé premium specialty coffees such as mochas, lattes and cappuccinos produced from freshly roasted espresso. The restaurant will be open daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The new McDonald's owner/operators are David and Janice Hamilton of South Paris who currently own McDonald's restaurants in Auburn, Lisbon Falls, Topsham and Lewiston. The Hamiltons are members of the Maine McDonald's Owner/Operator Association, a collaboration of 14 local Maine McDonald's franchisees.
