LEWISTON - Nov. 16 results from the Maine Table Tennis League at Lewiston Armory: A Table, 1. Sonu Bhatia, 2. John Simpson; B Table, 1. Kurt Reinhart, 2. Jim Mynahan; C Table, 1. Rick Paul, 2. Andy Michau. Player of the Week, Richard Harris.
The Maine State Championship tournament will be held Saturday at the Pineland YMCA in New Gloucester. The tournament is limited to Maine residents only. Events will include doubles, A and B division, over 40, over 60, 18 and under, and women. Players who have won the 'B' event in the past are not permitted to compete in that division.
Doors open at 9 a.m. Doubles will be the first event played. For more information, contact Irena at 657-4005.
