1935-2009
AUBURN — Michael G. Durrant, 75, of Lewiston, passed away Friday, Nov 20, after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Cambridge, England, and came to the United States with his mther and siblings when he was a teenager.
He owned and operated a sign manufacturing company throughout his life. After retirement, he spent many winters in Florida with his wife of 57 years, Cecile.
Michael is survived by his wife, Cecile; son, James Durrant and wife, Roseann,of Lakeland, Fla.; daughter, Michelle Augello and husband, Gerry, of Turner; grandaughters, Samantha Augello and Renee Eurle; and two great-grandchildren, Austin and Taylor Eurle.
He is also survived by a brother, nieces and nephews, as well as brother and sister-in-law Roger and Anita Moreau of Sabattus.
He was predeceased by his mother, brother and sister.

Come on
Come on, yes there are rich republicans. However on the other side of the aisle sit as many rich democrats. None of them know the meaning of poor. The whole system needs a cleanout with fresh faces. Any body in office was elected by money and tons of it. It is time for the people not born with a silver spoon in their mouth to take over. Until people start voting for the outsiders the insiders will be in control. Get out and vote for the real underdogs. The third party candidates. Opps good democrats and republicans can't do that can they.
