Anibal Joel Aponte, 26, Nashua, N.H., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on Oct. 5, 2008, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $750, restitution of $240.
Daniel R. Banville, 21, Canton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 15, 2007, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Travis S. Barrett, 21, Augusta, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 30, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to three years on first charge; sentenced to six months, restitution of $549 on second charge.
Ryan D. Begin, 29, Skowhegan, assault on July 1, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 43 days, probation partially revoked and continued.
Nathan Blake, 21, Strong, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on April 18, dismissed.
John W. Blessings, 26, Portland, operating under the influence-one prior on May 1, driving to endanger on May 2, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, license suspended six months.
Robert M. Bowden, 33, Chesterville, domestic violence assault, violating condition of release on Aug. 12, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to nine months with all but 45 days suspended, probation two years on first charge; sentenced to 30 days on second charge.
