FARMINGTON — The following cases were handled in Franklin County Superior Court.

Danielle M. Adams Rundlett, 22, Jay, 13 counts of burglary, 11 counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transport from Nov. 17, 2006, to July 27, 2008,  continued for sentencing on Jan. 22, 2010.

Stephanie M. Adams, 35, Westbrook, stealing drugs on Dec. 14, 2006, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to six days.

Ashlea N. Allen, 21, Naples, theft by unauthorized use of property, criminal mischief on July 29, dismissed.

Angela C. Ames, 34, Farmington, falsifying physical evidence on Oct. 7, 2008, found guilty, fined $750.

Edward T. Ames, 59, Farmington, operating under the influence on June 13, fined $700, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Michael J. Angelides, 21, Farmington, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on Sept. 11, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $575, license suspended 30 days.

Anibal Joel Aponte, 26, Nashua, N.H., aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug on Oct. 5, 2008, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $750, restitution of $240.

Daniel R. Banville, 21, Canton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 15, 2007, found guilty, unconditional discharge.

Robert E. Barnes, 52, Melrose, Mass., operating under the influence, driving to endanger on Jan. 31, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, license suspended 90 days.

Travis S. Barrett, 21, Augusta, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 30, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to three years on first charge; sentenced to six months, restitution of $549 on second charge.

Ryan D. Begin, 29, Skowhegan, assault on July 1, 2007, probation violation, sentenced to 43 days, probation partially revoked and continued.

Nathan Blake, 21, Strong, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on April 18, dismissed.

John W. Blessings, 26, Portland, operating under the influence-one prior on May 1, driving to endanger on May 2, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, license suspended six months.

Robert M. Bowden, 33, Chesterville, domestic violence assault, violating condition of release on Aug. 12, 2008, found guilty, sentenced to nine months with all but 45 days suspended, probation two years on first charge; sentenced to 30 days on second charge.

Steven J. Boyd Sr., 45, Freeman Township, criminal mischief, driving to endanger on May 21, found guilty on first charge, restitution of $500; second charge dismissed.

Kevin Everett Cook, 38, Phillips, assault on an emergency medical care provider, operating under the influence, failing to make oral or written accident report, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, failing to stop/provide information, assault on March 16, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; found guilty on third charge, sentenced to 14 days; fourth and fifth charges dismissed; found guilty on sixth charge, fined $300, sentenced to 14 days.

David J. Crosby, 33, Mexico, operating under the influence, driving to endanger on March 22, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $750, license suspended 30 days.
