WOODSTOCK — Fire crews from several area departments were being called to the scene of a blaze on Old County Road in Oxford County Sunday night.

A dispatcher with the Oxford County Regional Communications Center said that the fire was reported by a passer-by who saw smoke around 9:28 p.m. Fire crews from Greenwood were initially dispatched because that was where the cell phone was plotted by GPS. Firefighters discovered the blaze in Woodstock. In addition to crews from Greenwood and Woodstock, mutual aid from Bethel and West Paris were also being called to the scene.

Old County Road runs between Routes 26 and 219.
