Albert M. Bellao Jr., 37, 971 Washington St. North, Auburn, theft by unauthorized taking on March 15, 2009.

Andrew L. Blais, 22, 143 Sabattus St., Lewiston, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, operating after suspension on Jan. 15, 2009.

Ian Mark Doyon, 28, 176 Pine St. #2, Lewiston, trafficking in prison contraband, violation of condition of release on Aug. 1, 2009.

Donn Everett Dyer, 62, 32 Hampshire St. #5, Auburn, violation of sex offender registration on Feb. 17, 1947.

Michael J. Franks, 28, 58 Pierce St. #3, Lewiston, theft by unauthorized taking on June 17, 2009.
