NH, Maine brace for winter storm

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Southern New Hampshire and southwestern Maine are bracing for a snowstorm that forecasters say could dump up to 11 inches of snow before it's over.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for the region for Tuesday morning.

The storm is expected to spread from the southwest to the northeast during the day.

Heaviest snowfalls are predicted for southeast New Hampshire and southwest Maine.

Up to 11 inches of snow could fall in some areas before the storm is expected to pass Tuesday night.
