Matthew Woodcock of Lewiston and his sisters Marissa, center, and Mariah Woodcock, back, battle the wind Monday as they carry a mattress down Walnut Street in Lewiston. The Woodcocks said they bought the mattress at a downtown store and had no way of transporting it to their Pierce Street home. "Now we have to go back and get the box spring," Matthew said.
