Letourneau honored for top sales

AUBURN — Coldwell Banker Millett Realty announces that Gina Letourneau has been awarded the Top Coldwell Banker Maine Team Award for her commitment to serving her clients' needs in 2009.

Letourneau's team includes Karen Gruver, her buyer agent, and Deb Lebourdais, her administrative assistant. They were recognized at the Coldwell Banker Maine Group awards event held recently at the Hilton Garden.

Letourneau's team has been actively engaged in real estate marketing and sales in the local community for more than 20 years. She has consistently won honors at the local, state and national levels, most recently winning again the Coldwell Banker President's Elite award, which places her in the top 1 percent of agents nationwide.

The Gina Team specializes in residential, new construction, land and investment properties, offering full brokerage representation services. Letourneau is a member of the Androscoggin Valley Board of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
