Emergency personnel work at a rollover on Eddie Kahkonen Road in Norway on Monday night. The driver, Christopher Francis, 26, of Frost Hill in Norway was not hurt, said Oxford Patrolman Bryce Mason, who investigated for Norway police because they were busy looking for a missing person. Francis was traveling toward Pikes Hill Road when his 2014 Honda Accord went off the road, hit a utility pole and rolled onto its roof. “We don’t have any real idea of why that happened,” Mason said. Francis was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines and taken to the Oxford County Jail in Paris by Oxford police Sgt. Rickie Jack, Mason said. (Chuck Blaquiere photo)
