AUBURN — Paul Edward Pepin, 68, of Poland, died on Saturday, Jan. 2, at the Hospice House in Auburn.
Paul was born on June 12, 1947, to parents Patricia (Flynn) Pepin and Emile Pepin.
Paul enjoyed collecting coins, working with his hands, watching wrestling, reading and watching anything about history, telling jokes and going on adventures with his best friend, Stu Ross. He loved cats and enjoyed spending time with his pet, Miss Kitty. He also loved his grandchildren dearly, especially teasing them and bringing them special treats.
Paul served four years in the Air Force as a medic. He worked in asbestos removal as a supervisor for many years. He was most recently employed at Ascentria as a residential service worker.
Surviving him are his wife of 40 years, Patricia De Ann Pepin of Poland; a son, Kevin Pepin of Windham; a daughter, Crystal Desjardins and her husband, Evan, of Lewiston, and their three children, Mya, Eva and Leo Desjardins of Lewiston.
He was predeceased by both parents; a brother, Joseph Pepin; and three sisters, Georgette Briggs, Louise Green and Florence Barry.
