STRONG – Law enforcers seized 2.4 pounds of processed marijuana and 83 pot plants after a search of a Strong man’s residence.

Maine State Police, Franklin County Sheriff Department deputies and Maine Drug Enforcement agents went to the home Friday after information was obtained through an investigation that a resident was allegedly selling marijuana out of his home, according to state Trooper Matt Casavant, who issued a news release Wednesday.

Evidence has been forwarded to the Franklin County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.

The case is expected to be heard by the grand jury next week, police said.
