Private school vouchers

The taxes paid by parents of students in public schools help pay for their children’s education. My parents are paying taxes, but because I am going to private school that tax money doesn’t go to the cost of my education.

As an agreement with my parents to attend private school, I pay for my books, which this year cost $700. Kids in public school get their books free.

Just because my school is private, I have to pay for my books and my parents’ taxes don’t go to my school.

I believe that the town should use tax money to provide a voucher that would pay for my books and/or tuition.
