R. Albert: Brings new, innovative ideas

Guy Desjardins, the current sheriff of Androscoggin County, has devoted his career to law enforcement. With his retirement, the person best qualified to replace him would be none other than Eric Samson.

I have known Samson since he was a child. He has also dedicated his life to public service in law enforcement, serving with the Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Department in several capacities for more than 20 years. As a result, he is eminently qualified to serve as the next sheriff.

Being a person of character, integrity and dedication, he has, through the years, acquired the necessary skills and abilities needed to bring new and innovative ideas to the sheriff’s office. I have no doubt that his experience and leadership will greatly benefit the county, as well as the department.

A vote for Eric Samson would greatly benefit county residents. He has the experience.
