RANGELEY – Catcher David Raymond belted two three-run homers – one in the fourth inning and another in the sixth – to lead Rangeley to an 11-4 victory over Greater Portland Christian in the first game of a doubleheader on Saturday.
Ben Bliss and Zeek Hall each had two hits and a double for Rangeley. Ray Gordan picked up the win on the mound.
In the second game, Luke Hammond hit two doubles and finished with three hits and three RBIs as Rangeley crushed GPC 17-1. Lakers’ starter Roy White gave up one run on two hits and struck out five to earn the victory. Devin Sargent and Quinn Philbrick had two hits apiece for Rangeley (3-3).
