Realty spring conference set


PORTLAND – The Maine Real Estate & Development Association presents its 2006 Real Estate Spring Conference titled Avoiding the Pitfalls of Permitting from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday, May 25, at the Portland DoubleTree Hotel.

The seminar will be a free-flowing panel discussion analyzing a mock case study based on real world experiences. It will focus on how to wade through the permitting and approval process, through local, state and federal agencies and provide a framework for thinking about how to approach a project in its earliest development stages.

All real estate professionals and organizations including developers, city planners, municipalities, architects, engineers, bankers, brokers, lawyers, etc. are encouraged to attend.
